Tidy Zen is a UAE home and office services company covering AC and appliance repair, cleaning, housekeeping staff, electrical, plumbing and painting under one roof.

Our story

We started because coordinating trades is exhausting.

Anyone who has run a home or managed a property in the UAE knows the pattern. One number for the AC, another for the plumber, someone else for cleaning, and a different person again when you need housekeeping staff. Each with their own idea of punctuality and pricing.

Tidy Zen was built to collapse that into one relationship. The same company, the same standards and the same point of contact, whether the job is a blocked drain or a full repaint.

We are not the cheapest option and we do not try to be. What we offer is work done properly by people we employ and vouch for, at a price agreed before we start.

Every technician and housekeeper is background-checked, reference-checked and trained before they attend a job. We do not pass work to unknown subcontractors.

A price before we start

You approve the cost first. If something unexpected turns up mid-job, work pauses and we discuss it rather than adding it to the bill.

Straight answers

If a repair is not worth doing, or you do not need us yet, we say so. Selling you something unnecessary costs us the relationship.

We finish what we start

If work is not right, we return and correct it. That is the point of using a company rather than an individual who may not answer next month.

Letting someone into your property is a trust decision before it is a technical one. That is why vetting comes before skill assessment for us, not after it.

Every person on our roster is identity-checked and reference-checked, trained on our methods, and briefed on your property before their first visit. They arrive in uniform, and you know who is coming.
