Deep cleaning and regular cleaning, done to one standard

A clean that lasts is not about spending longer, it is about method. Our teams work to a fixed checklist so the same rooms get the same attention on every visit.

Overview

home and office cleaning you can rely on

Most cleaning disappointments come from the same place: nobody agreed what was included. One visit the skirting boards get done, the next they do not, and you are left inspecting rooms instead of getting on with your day.
We work from a written scope. You know which rooms are covered, what is included in each, and what counts as an extra before the team arrives. Insured, uniformed staff, the same faces where we can manage it.
Scope of work

What our home and office cleaning covers

Whether it is a first deep clean, a weekly visit or an end-of-tenancy handover, this is what we take on.

Deep cleaning

A full reset of the property. Behind and under furniture, inside cupboards, skirting, doors, switches, vents and all the places routine cleaning skips.

Regular cleaning

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits to a fixed checklist so the property stays on top of itself rather than needing rescue cleans.

Move-in & move-out cleaning

Handover-standard cleaning for tenants, landlords and agents, including inside all units, appliances and storage.

Kitchen deep clean

Degreasing of hob, extractor and splashbacks, inside oven and fridge, cupboard interiors and behind appliances where grease builds up.

Bathroom deep clean

Limescale and soap residue removed from glass, tiles, grout and fittings, plus full sanitising of all surfaces and fixtures.

Sofa, carpet & window cleaning

Upholstery and carpet treatment plus interior glass and frames, booked on their own or added to a deep clean.

In detail

What a proper deep clean actually includes

A deep clean is a reset, not a longer surface clean. The team works top down, room by room, so dust and residue always fall onto surfaces that have not been done yet rather than onto finished work.
That means light fittings, vents and door frames before worktops, and floors last. Kitchens and bathrooms take the longest because grease and limescale need dwell time with the right product, not just harder scrubbing.
Before the first visit we walk through what is included so there are no assumptions. If something needs specialist treatment, such as heavy limescale or stained grout, we flag it upfront rather than quietly skipping it.

Our process

How we handle your cleaning job

The same process every time, so you always know what happens next.
01

Tell us the property

Number of rooms and bathrooms, rough size, and whether it is a first deep clean or ongoing. Photos help us scope it accurately.
02

Agree the scope and price

We confirm exactly what is included, how long it will take and what it costs before booking anything in.
03

The team cleans to checklist

Uniformed staff arrive with their own equipment and work through the agreed checklist room by room.
04

Walkthrough and sign-off

We check the work with you before leaving. If something is not right we put it right there and then.

FAQ

Cleaning questions, answered

Still unsure about something? Send us a message and we will answer honestly, even if the answer is that you do not need us yet.

A deep clean resets the property: inside cupboards and appliances, behind and under furniture, skirting, frames, vents and built-up limescale or grease. A regular clean maintains that standard on the surfaces used day to day. Most customers start with a deep clean and then move to regular visits.

It depends on size and condition, not just bedroom count. A modest apartment that has been maintained might take a few hours, while a larger or long-neglected property can take a full day with a bigger team. We give you a time estimate with the quote.

Yes. Our teams arrive with professional equipment and cleaning materials as standard. If you would prefer we use specific products for allergy or surface reasons, tell us and we will work with yours.

Not necessarily. Many customers arrange access and go about their day. If you would rather be present for the first visit to walk through the scope, that is usually the best way to set expectations.

Yes. Move-out cleaning is done to handover standard, including inside all cupboards, appliances and storage. Tell us if there is a specific checklist from your landlord or agent and we will work to it.

We do, both as one-off deep cleans and on a recurring schedule outside working hours where that suits you better.

Yes. Upholstery, carpet treatment and interior window cleaning can be booked on their own or added onto a deep clean, which usually works out better value.
